The phenomenal and very well-loved violinist in San Miguel de Allende is going back to make amazing concerts as usual for his faithful audience; Since 2015 he was very well known for being Gil Gutierrez´s violinist, (one of the best guitar players in México) David made a fruitful career playing with all the best musicians in town., in 2018 he starts his own project, getting very good critics from San Miguel de Allende´s American, Canadian and Mexican people.
Beyond his understanding of music, David Mendoza understands the feeling. He knows how to reach them with a violin lunge, with notes placed in the places his heart asks. Listening to his music is a healing experience. Every note he plays tells you a story and they reveal a truth that is hidden from many, denied by others: that the beauty of the simplicity is what we need to heal this wounded world, eager for music and color.
David is really a complete musician, thirsty to discover the secrets of music that makes him vibrate to transmit it to people; a musician who seeks to grow and touch the sky with the people he plays for and with his friends. David knows that music is a shared path. His confidence on stage is really impressive. Being a multi-instrumentalist and composer, he has great knowledge about what happens on stage and a magnificent ear that helps him achieve his imagination; He is a guide who takes all musicians and the audience to new and bright places, in colors that can be seen and felt. Or as the Grammy nominee Michael Hoppè describes him, as an "incredibly expressive violinist."
For his next concert he will share his talent on stage with the amazing Mexican talented Liliana Gutierrez at the piano and the great drummer Juan José Cerdeneta. This trio is going to perform beautiful movie soundtracks from the greatest composers as Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi, Joe Hisaishi and Ennio Morricone. As well as David’s new album music. This concert is going to take place at “CASA ROSADA HOTEL” in Cuna de Allende #12, Centro. In their gorgeous patio, that is a very important piece of architecture in the history of San Miguel de Allende. Tickets will be available on “BIBLIOTECA PÚBLICA” Insurgentes # 25. If you haven´t heard him before, you cannot lose the chance to hear his gorgeous performance in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
